NZ delivery
Delivery is free on orders of $175 or more. Orders under $175 have a flat $20 delivery charge. We deliver to every region of New Zealand.
Dispatch and timings
We dispatch within 2 working days and delivery then takes up to 7 working days by tracked courier.
A few instruments are shipped to us from overseas warehouses before they go out to you. Those product pages show a delivery time of 7 to 14 working days in the buy box, and the same window applies to them at checkout.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. See Track Your Parcel for help.
